Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via standard snail mail in envelopes.
Tracking numbers are not provided, and delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions.

Delivery Expectations

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on location.

  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery is outside our control.

  • Delays may occur due to postal service issues, holidays, or incorrect mailing information.

Lost or Missing Mail

Because snail mail does not include tracking:

  • We cannot confirm delivery once the item has been mailed.

Refunds or replacements for lost mail are not guaranteed, but we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.

To reduce issues:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of snail mail shipping:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost mail once shipped

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after shipment

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (26th of every month) and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with untracked snail mail shipping.
