All orders are shipped via standard snail mail in envelopes.
Tracking numbers are not provided for any shipments.

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, weather, holidays, or destination location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

No Tracking Information

Because we ship using standard snail mail:

  • We do not provide tracking numbers

  • Once an order is mailed, we cannot monitor its location or confirm delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional postage to reship.

 

Lost or Delayed Mail

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed mail once shipped.

  • Refunds or replacements for lost mail are not guaranteed due to the lack of tracking.

  • A one-time replacement may be offered at our discretion.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the item price.

 

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may experience longer delivery times.

  • Customs delays, import fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for items delayed or held by customs.
